Douglas Basile

Douglas Basile serves as a Board Member for the Shore Systems Solutions (S3) Joint Venture and is also a Partner at Decisive Point Consulting Group (DPCG) LLC. Doug manages Group performance and drives strategy, planning and execution of the company, to include the development of New Business Acquisition and Business Operations.

Doug has more than 23 years of government-related systems development and lifecycle management experience with large-scale programs, providing information technology; systems engineering, field service engineering and system sustainment, and logistics systems.

Doug has held various leadership roles supporting Federal Contracts. He led the management of many large complex IT solutions solicited under various IDIQ’s (e.g. Strategic Sourcing for Services (S3), Rapid Response Third Generation (R23G) and Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3). He understands the complex, mission-critical needs of the Federal stakeholders as well as the unique challenges of Industry mission partners who provide support globally.

Prior to joining DPCG, he was an Executive at Sensor Technologies Incorporated (STI), where he built and managed a portfolio of IT and C4ISR Engineering and Logistics business. He later participated in the sale of STI to ManTech International Corporation. After the acquisition he assisted in the post-acquisition activities required to realize stability of the programs, customers, and employees. He later joined Engineering Solutions and Products (ESP) after they were acquired by a Private Equity Firm to run their Army/C5ISR business. At ESP, he was responsible for program cost, schedule, performance; employee well-being, technical assurance; human resource management, and staffing.

Doug holds a M.S. degree from LaSalle University and an MBA from Montclair State University.

Richard Crowe

Richard Crowe serves as a Board Member for the Shore Systems Solutions (S3) Joint Venture, he also leads Booz Allen’s Health account, which is a leading provider of professional services to federal health organizations. A recognized business executive, he has delivered innovative solutions since joining Booz Allen. In his role of Client Service Officer, he leads all as aspects of the Health account from strategic direction, client engagement and delivery oversight.

 

Prior to moving to the Health Account, Rich served in numerous roles in Booz Allen’s Defense group. Most notable were his leadership of the Acquisition and Program Management team. During this period, he served as the program manager for some of Booz Allen’s largest engagements in the federal space. These included Rapid Response Third Generation (R23G) and Strategic Sources Services (S3) among others.

 

Prior to joining Booz Allen, Rich served as Chief Technical Officer of PlasmaSol Corporation, where he led a multidisciplinary team of technical experts (engineers, physicists, chemists and technicians) in developing custom plasma based applications for dual use in counter-terrorism and medical applications.

 

Richard holds a M.S. degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and a B.E. from the State University of New York.
